CPNG’s Power of Adding More Selection: “As we noted in our original research report, just adding more selection was sufficient to spawn more consumer purchasing—and that is exactly what we’ve seen. Relative to other growth vectors—like launching in new markets—this is sort of a high probability growth vector for further growth in spending per customer.”

3. Coverage Updates.
RH
RH reported 1Q26 earnings this week, and the stock initially reacted by jumping +20% after-hours.
Revenue grew +12% y/y.
Gary Friedman highlighted RH’s strong international demand in England and Germany.
"Demand trends at RH England, with the gallery up +47% in the first quarter, and online demand at +44%.”
We will be releasing a business recap on RH, so keep an eye out for that!
Meta
Meta announced a $14.3 bn investment in AI firm Scale.
Part of this deal was the initative of Scale CEO Alexandr Wang to head Meta’s “superintelligence team.”
This move by Meta highlights Zuckerberg’s aggressive push into AGI.
